Karen Collins – Owner/CEO, Bisousweet Confections
I am so grateful to have re-located my company five years ago to Phoenix Park. When I first toured the buildings, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to detail. Moving here meant that I had to build a commercial kitchen. The entire team at Lexvest worked with me on this project and facilitated the build-out at every step. The project was completed on time and came in under budget, which was an added bonus. The space continues to function well, five years later, and a large part of this is because of the input and advice from the Lexvest team.
Equally as important as the quality of work on the buildout is the genuine sense of partnership I feel with everyone at Lexvest. The buildout was a big risk for me, and Eric worked with me on the lease and the rent to be as supportive and flexible as possible. Eric has a keen sense of business and manufacturing, and has worked with me over the years to help me come up with solutions regarding inventory management, logistics and increased efficiencies within our facility.
What I most admire is how much energy and effort Team Lexvest invest in promoting a sense of community within the many businesses located at Phoenix Park. They care about the people who work here, and it shows with their actions. From hosting annual cookouts and holiday parties to introducing new food options within the park to responding quickly to any issues that arise, the Lexvest crew sets the tone of community within the park.
